Eugene reminds the members of the Youth Congregation of the central reality of their lives:
The members, recognizing that the most honourable quality for them is that of being Christian, will never be ashamed to openly profess this in whatever circumstances they find themselves.
They will remember the challenging words of the Son of God, that on the judgment day before his Father, he will not recognize whoever was ashamed of him on earth, and instead he will claim as his own whoever was not afraid to profess his name in the presence of others.
